2. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that material you posted on MovieDen was wrongfully removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification with the following information:
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it previously appeared.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your location and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of that person.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
